View Full Version : What car are you driving, or do you want to drive?

03-20-2012, 03:48 PM
I'm driving in a peugeot 306 S16, but really want to drive in a volkswagen golf R32.
And if i have enough money, i would buy a nissan GT-R, that car is so freakin awesome.

I want one of those cars from the Flinstones

Today I drove a 2011 Camaro convertible. Yesterday I drove a Mercedes C280. Before that I drove a Cadillac DTS, a Kompressor, a new Volt, a 2500 Rocky Ridge Silverado, etc, etc.

Then again, I sell cars for a living. The car I actually own is a busted up 2000 Chrysler Concorde with a cracked bumper and a gas cap cover that's hanging off of the side of the car.

I'm driving in an OPEL CORSA. I especially love it. I would like to drive in the new SAAB 9-5. It's terrific!!

03-21-2012, 06:06 AM
I have an OPEL Astra station wagon. Nothing special - just a nice car.

Used to have a Rover Mini Cooper 1.3i - just like this one
Best car I ever had ... and no, I won't tell you what happened to it :(. Flame red, turned into a twoseater, low-profile tyres ...
Only thing I know is that I'm gonna get one of these again. And no, I don't like the "New Mini" at all ...

and these

I drive a small hatchback, but it's in the shop for awhile. The rental the guy who hit me's insurance is getting me is big, ugly, and annoying, so I'm trying not to drive it unless I have to.

Gives me an excuse to take my bike around town. Getting to work on 400-500 calories an hour instead of $4.40 per gallon gas is pretty sweet.

My bike doesn't look exactly like this, but it is an old (I guess the term is "vintage") Peugeot. It kicks ass.

I've got a 91 Chrysler Daytona, it's a fun car to drive. Got it for only $900, haven't had any problems after almost a year so it's been a good deal.

I have a 2000 civic. Would really like a new mini cooper or the new teeny tiny Prius....I think it's the Prius c? But alas...

03-22-2012, 03:55 PM
I got a white Oh-Five Ford Focus that I recently bought for super cheap. After I get it paid off, I'm going to get me like a Ninja 250 or a Katana or something; a good starter bike. I'll probably have that one paid off long before I'm tired of it, but when I feel I'm ready to "graduate," I want a Ducati Monster.

03-25-2012, 05:22 PM
A '96 Mistubishi Lancer. It gets me from A to B and it therefore serves its function splendidly.

Would really like a new mini cooper

We are no longer friends.
Both my current and former cars were Saturn SL2's, but the current is 1 model year newer (2002 as opposed to the 2001 I had formerly) and a stick shift. It gets ~40mpg which is about on par with a lot of modern hybrids.

I need a car, to get the places I need to go.

Hey "My Name Was Taken" your profile picture is beautiful.

Uhm.... Thank-you? Anyway, this thread is about cars. My mom drives a Lumina. Ugly little maroon thing.

I drive a '97 BMW 318i with a M-sport body package.
And one day I'd like to own '95 - '98 BMW 740iL.
Sure, the 750iL would be even more impressive, but I think a 5-liter V12 in a sedan is just ridiculous. A 4-liter V8 is more than enough.

04-04-2012, 03:37 PM
I drive a 2003 Ford Explorer. I like it, but with gas being $4/gallon, it sucks. I also have a 1983 Mustang GT, but it's currently not running and it drinks fuel (head gaskets are blown and it has some serious carburetor issues; getting/building a new engine for it when I get the time/money).

Soon, however, I'll either be getting a Ford Escape hybrid or a Honda CRZ. It depends on whether or not I land a job with Honda that I'm interviewing for next week.

I want this (1969 Boss 429 Mustang): http://1969mustangboss.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/1969_mustang_boss.jpg

I drive a silver 2000 Volkswagen Polo, and sometimes a horse.

I want a Trabant.

04-13-2012, 12:33 AM
I am using Civic 2008 to love to drive because its really comfortable.

my first car: 2001 mitsubishi eclipse spyder GS, bought at 55K, and pistons came flying out of the exhaust pipe at 111K.

I've got plenty of photos of both if anybody else cares to see more!

I haven't owned a car since July 2010, and I haven't actively had/driven/used a car since July 2009... but next week, I'm almost definitely getting a 1996/7 (not sure of the exact year) Opel Swing/Corsa (they're Corsas, but apparently for a few years in there, they called them Swings). I'm stoked cause it's SUPER well-maintained, in great condition, and only 550 euros. Badass.

Looks like this, but mine won't have the sunroof and the design of the body isn't as interesting.

I hate driving; so much that i don't even have my full license, and i probably won't ever get it. I'm not afraid of cars or anything like that, i just don't have interest in it.

Weirdly: Top Gear is one of my favorite television shows.

04-28-2012, 05:33 AM
i drive a red toyota celica SX model. i would like to drive the newer version as he handles well and makes me look like a wanker.
