Do you know of songs which have great lyrics, but you cannot find yourself listening to them because they are musically poor?

Though probably not musically "poor", I'm just not into it, into his voice or into the whistling.
Whenever it's on it's time for me to change channels. Guess I actually not only don't like it
I actually detest it to be honest ...

Some hip hop does. Not the commercialised rap, but the more underground and political.

I don't know if this will draw some fire, but Offspring has really good examples. i.e. the latter part of S/T, Not the One from Smash.

"Make it Stop (September's Children)" by Rise Against. Lyrically it's one of my favorites, and I think it handles the subject really well. But musically, it's soooooo booooooring. Like a lot of recent Rise Against songs, actually.

I find Not the One to be one of the best songs from Smash, musically.

I never pay attention to lyrics unless I'm already into a song. So I don't think it'd be physically possible for me to find a song whose lyrics I like but whose music I don't.

Sing by My Chemical Romance. I usually don't really like MCR, the song is sorta boring but I think the lyrics are kind of insipring.
