Mine is Batman.
No superpowers, just money and will invested in training and technology.
Love the comics, the series, most videogames and the 2 movies by Cristopher Nolan!

Bat gets all of the hot chicks! :D

Shit, no superheros. I'm the villain of this story.

The Joker's laughter always cracks me the fuck up.

Comics are cool, yo.

In a similar vein to "money as a superpower", my favorite is Iron Man. I picked him at an early age and, up until the movies, he wasn't very well known, so I liked having a different answer than everyone else that was all about Spider-Man and Wolverine.

Also, lasers.

Super hero?

I've always thought Gambit was pretty cool.

The Silver Surfer. From the comics and also the early ninties cartoon, even the F4 film with him in wasn't that bad an appearance.
But bad-ass alien who surfs through space..hell yeah!!

Captain Future (Curtis Newton) & Thing (Benjamin J. Grimm)

Edit:
Captain Future was the first I ever came across.
Thing is strong and vulnerable and insecure and warmhearted and tough ... all in one.
About time to have a look at my old comic books again ;)

I am between Spiderman and Batman. Spiderman because he has a lot of enemies. More than anybody else. I grew up with his stories. Also, he is the poorest superhero. He never has any money.
Batman because he is not a real superhero. He is a detective. He has no super-powers. As findout5 said, his powers are based in training and technology.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are the best. Don't try to tell me they don't count, because I don't care. They're awesome.

There is no reason that the Ninja Turtles don't count, and yes they are awesome.

Another one of my favorites is Spider-Man. But more specifically 60's Spider-Man:

Many people don't count them because their story didn't really develop until the 80s cartoon... no long-standing comic series or anything. But as someone who's never been into comic books, that part is irrelevant to me. <3 TMNT.

Daredevil is my favorite. He's power is very settle, they are not overt like Spider-Man or Superman, who have a plethora of abilities/superpowers. Daredevil just has super powered sense and that's all he needs. On top of the fact that he is working with a disability makes him all the more interesting to read.

Jamie Madrox, aka The Multiple Man.

Currently he's part of X-Factor in Peter David's series. Peter David is awesome, and the dysfunctionality of X-Factor is always well-handled and fun to read.

My favorite overall comics character right now is John Constantine - I'm making my way through the 90s Hellblazer arcs and they are fucking awesome.

Judge Dredd (if he is a super-hero?)
I can't stand the convoluted worlds of DC and Marvel.
