On a more serious note, I used to be a bit skeptical of the whole global warming fuss. I knew (because of my personal interest in Earth's history) that global climate changes were nothing new in our planet's past, and sometimes they were much more drastic (they were, but that's another matter).

Now however one of my university subjects is climatogeography, which also deals with recent climate changes. I won't say that now I'm a scientist because of it and that I know all the facts about global warming, but this did open my eyes a bit, so I'm not skeptical about it anymore. So I changed my opinion based on the new things I learned during the course of my study.


Thought I'd steal this thread, otherwise it's gonna be just another one of pointless postcount threads.
