Yeah, I must say The Offspring influence me to hear them. Anyone else can share/relate to my story?

There are a handful of memorable songs on "Dance With Me", but the frontman's flair can only go so far when he's just singing the same melody as the guitar chords 80% of the time. Somehow it's a very good album though. Seems like the rest of their work after their early punk days was pretty obscure.

I had heard of TSOL because of the Offspring, but I didn't get into their music until I made a Murder City Devils pandora station, which played a lot of TSOL. I really like them, though I haven't heard much of their newer shit, like Disappear.

Grisham sounds exactly like the dude from the B-52's. And that's just beyond fucking awesome.

I even like both TSOL's. Lame goth-metal years and all. Though obviously the original band and style destroys all.

I really like that album they did in the 1990s. I think it was called "The Offspring". The vocals were a little weird, but the music was spot on and sounded just like their classic days.

Yeah, I checked them out, but I don't really remember what happened. I guess I saved some tracks. Haven't listened to it since then. I think I have a bunch of simple punk bands like Bad Religion, NOFX, Green Day and TSOL in Quasi-Punk folder. :D I guess it's more like an archive to know what's going on with those bands. :d
