Has anyone else seen the black and white Offspring/Huntington Beach logo in the bottom right corner below (which seems to be based on the dividing by zero album artwork) before?

Very cool.

Does anyone know what the spanish motto below the skull says? 'Fina' apparently means 'fine'.

What ever it says- I want that whole design on a t-shirt!

Or apparently "Fina" can also mean "pass away" or "die".

That's pretty wicked. The inlay artwork for Dividing by Zero is my favorite on the new album. It's up there with the eagle artwork for YGGF,K and the kid playing football for Americana as one of my favorites.

Its definitely one of the coolest pieces of artwork from their albums....the Ixnay artwork is also a favourite of mine, and also off the new album I like the Slim Pickens artwork of the girl "riding the bomb to hell" with her cowboy hat - did anyone notice this on Pete's drum kit at the House of Blues show?

Can be seen in this clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MACt0VreUBw of Dividing By Zero and Slim Pickens. Such awesome songs!

Mas = More
"Fino"(male) or "Fina"(female) could be:

1) That has little weight or thickness. Synonym: slim, thin. antonym: big, thick.

2) Applies to the person who behaves with courtesy and sensitivity.

3) Something that is delicate and good quality: a tissue, a fine jewel.

I think in this case could be the third one.

I have very similar one.
I think it is another version or pre-design.

Isn't that "mas fina" stuff a joke?
I think they got it from CORONA beer.

I believe that it is meant to be "Hecho en mas fina HB, CA" and thus be "Made in fine HB, CA".

Nothing wrong with a reminder of Americana....there are plenty of reminders of past albums in Days Go By, for example:
- the "all intertwined" lyrics and reference to "thorns" in All I Have Left Is You (as in Fix You - RAFRAG)
- obviously Dirty Magic (Ignition)
- Dividing By Zero and Tehran intros (S/T)
- the references in Slim Pickens to fire and "pouring gasoline" remind me of Burn It Up (Ignition), and of course "Dance Fucker Dance" from YGGFK (RAFRAG)
- themes of The Future Is Now and Days Go By, and Can't Repeat (GH) being similar in that they are about the passing of time and the inevitable change that comes with the future
- also Secrets From the Underground speaking of rising up against something ("the man" perhaps - Pay The Man [Americana]) reminds me of Neocon (Splinter)

I'm sure there are others that I've missed, but I love all the different references to past albums.

Overall an amazing album and a great tribute to some of their earlier work

Stoked. They represent us Mexicanos in a respectful way.

My wife bought me that sweatshirt for Christmas 2011. I thought it was old... like before the skull logo.

I have tried to promote this. I played some friends 'Bumpin' when it was first available and they were all like . That didn't really work. I commented of course that one song doesn't/shouldn't represent the whole album.

i've got this too since last christmas, but it is older than that.so it's older than the days go by artwork and it is similar.not the same!(i'm wearing it even my avatar pic)
