Was my first time seeing them. They were great. They lived up to my expectations.

Noodles didn't talk much for most of the show, but then talked a lot about California during the last 20-30 minutes, in between songs.

They played for 1 hour, 20 minutes. The time might seem a little short, but a 20 item setlist is a good amount, so I was good with their setlist. Interesting that they didn't play anything from "Conspiracy Of One".

I'll have a better recap next week, don't have time for a long post right now. Just wanted to get a quick recap in.

There was one more guitarist, in the back. Who was he, and why do they need a 3rd (in addition to Dexter sometimes)?

Emily Armstrong from Dead Sara sang some vocals during "Gone Away". They started off the song without the full band. I believe it was just the vocals.

I loved hearing "(Can't Get My) Head Around You". Same with "Have You Ever".

Also, a guy came onto the stage both during "Pretty Fly (for a White Guy)", and "The Kids Aren't Alright". I thought it might have been staged. Just because the guy that was on the stage looked kind of like the goofy guy from the "Pretty Fly" music videos. Also, I'm not sure how he was able to get past security, twice. He was on the left side of the stage (if facing the stage), both times. Security wrapped their arms around his neck and escorted him off the stage within 5-7 seconds each time.

Did anyone else see that guy?

Here's a setlist, but I think it's missing "Gotta Get Away". I'm pretty sure they played that.

Thanks!

How exactly does that work? I mean, when the songs are written, they're written for the four members that record it.

So what does Todd play then? Or how does he know what he should play?

Do some of his parts overlap with others? And if so, can he still stand out? Is that as fun?

I know I've seen other bands have an extra touring guitarist too, but always wondered about this.

Glad you liked them.

The series of pics when it was Todd Morse on the keyboard, was the start of "Gone Away". Dexter Holland and Emily from Dead Sara then came out and did the song.

Yeah, best I could do when I'm on the floor, about 3 rows behind the stage. Plus I'm not tall.
