Ok each morning I run unless I have school then I run at night. anyways...I leave my house at 9:20 and I get back at like 10. Is that enough time to run or should I be running longer?

I think 20-30 minutes is ideal for cardiovascular... at least that's what I've heard. But it also depends on the intensity of your training... whether you want to run long distances or sprint, etc.

it`s just fine.. you could try longer runs occationally though.
my best is 6 hours and 45 min with a 20kg backbag. hahaha.. but I wasn`t really asked if I wanted to do it, army shit. 47km. I had a few drinking pauses though.

I love running randomly, not for excercise. For instance I go for a walk alone and suddenly feel the need to escape something so I start running. It's a psychological thing I'm having. And it happens to be relieving too.

I don't think anyone in this country would answer 'no' to that question. So, yes.
