There are no words to describe this. My shock is only now giving way to laughter. (http://www.newbabynews.net/hospitals/stf33/public/stf33birthannouncement.pl?babyID=h33-440)

Jesus... I was thinking that it was "urines", but now that you mention it.... Christ.

I want to track down the parents and beat them, but in a decade or so this kid's gonna snap and kill them anyway, so justice will come.

I'd hate to start a new topic, but here's a small bit to revive the Elian Gonzales story.

That kid's parents are cruel, just cruel. I thought my name was bad. My name is pronounced "Sarah",but spelt as above, plus I have an Italian surname,so ppl always get one or both of my names wrong. I am lucky compared to him tho. Jeez!

how is that cruel...? I don't see how anyone can mis-pronounce Sara. It's not that uncommon a spelling and...how else are you going to pronounce it?

I said I thought the KID'S parents were cruel for giving him such a shitty name, not MY parents. My name can be pronounced differently. Maybe it would help if I wrote it phonetically. My name is pronounced " Sair-ruh",but because there is no "h" on the end,ppl think it is pronounced "Sar-ruh". Tis hard to explain. I don't think this spelling of my name is that common though. My mum actually chose it cos it was slightly unusual. I haven't met anyone else with my name spelt AND pronounced that way. I dunno. Maybe that's just coincidental though.

Phil Mycrackin

Phil McKracken dammit! Mycrackin is not a real name.

I used to keep a list of weird names that I saw at work while doing data entry. Some of them were John and Laura Hadcock, Priscilla Domianus (I was tired and read it as "do-my/me-anus" though I now know I was wrong) and...I can't remember any other ones. I wonder if I still have that list somewhere...

Not nearly as cool but a kid at my highschool was named James Brown. He was one of those crazy going-to-go-crazy-and-shoot-everybody-in-school-when-he-finally-snaps types.
