They have huge changes to sell Greatest Hits shitloads. With Can't Repeat being a hit it will be huge. Offspring has so many friggin' hits on the Greatest Hits record...

Greatest Hits doesn't mean "end of our career". Where did you get that stupid idea?
There will be another album coming out, they've said it. Noodles did. Now, stop with this. They're not quitting, for fuck's sake.

This is great news, I really hope Offspring get a good following with the greatest hits and the new album, they deserve some recognition for once and they are sure as hell putting the effort in.

I just hope it doesnt go the way Greenday did, what with 9 year old girls becoming Greenday 'fans' and that

On the Billboard Modern Rock Chart, "Can't Repeat" is at #12, while "The Hand That Feeds" by NIN still has the #1 spot. It's at #15 on the Mainstream Rock Chart and Green Day's "Holiday" has the #1 place on that chart. The updated charts will be published this Thursday.

The Offspring are #12 on Billboard... that is a big deal. The song went from 38 to 20, and now 20 to 12, with gold ratings. The song will peak at 1 eventually.

This kind of post really irritates me. I was 8 when I first got into The Offspring, when I listened to Americana. I know a lot of fans YEARS older than me who are not nearly as hardcore.

Exatly, its not the age that mathers, sure it MIGHT, but some people can actually have good taste and be 9-14 or something, i know i wasnt..exept for offspring, when i was 12...soo, miracles happend, dont be too hard on small kids

^ My brother got me into them when I was like 6/7, ridiculous - up until then I just worshipped Oasis :D But yeah, kids can like bands - it does irritate me when they only like them because it's 'cool' to like a particular band.

Jen, do you know how cute you are?

where the devil did that come from?!

I've heard it once on the radio when WAAF played it without saying the bands name or name of the song...I knew right away it was the Offspring. Then people would call in and give comments about the song. Out of 10 I'm positive 9 said it was awesome.

Some sweedish guy originally created it to take the piss out of his friends motorbike, if I remember rightly. It was called the annoying thing, then it got out on the web. Then "Jamster" got hold of it and made it into a dammed ringtone... And now, we have Nessie The Dragon.. GRRR....
