I agree Marshall is not my favourite brand but the JCM2000 does kick ass.

they used to be strictly mark iv and nothing else. but lately, they've been using the marshalls live and if you watch that studio tour on the splinter cd extra...its a marshall amp in the main recording room. i could be wrong...but i think most of splinter is done with marshalls. co1 might have been too...but im not sure.

i saved up forever to get a ibanez rg570 and a mesa/boogie mark iv made back in the early 90's. thats how devoted i am to the offspring. i want so fucking bad to have that awesome guitar tone on songs like nitro and genocide.

lol, I thought Offspring didn't get Ibanez endorsement deals until after Smash came out and went big, therefore they didn't use Ibanezes for the recording.

I heard noodles used a les paul, not sure about that.

I am going to get Noodles' signiture guitar next probably. Not just because its Noodles, i think that guitar is just cool all around. I recently played one at a music store around me, and i have to say that thing kicks ass. I thought it would be much more expensive but there it was around $550. Not too bad. And as for amps i am currently using Line6
