oh, okay. good! I'm glad you liked it, and I knew you wouldn't like it as much, what's your favorite track off of it? Mine is "Palhas Do Coqueiro", and you'll probably like "Só No Forévis" (and just ignore track number 1) better, and probably "Lapadas do Povo", too. There's also "Kavookavala" that's really good, but it's someone else singing, not the original singer.
And, I'm seeing Green Day this October. Do you like them?
you may not like it as much, then. Well, but you never know, you never know at all. You may like it. But you'll probably like "Só No Forévis" better.
oh, okay. good, I think that my favorite one off that album is either track number 5 or number 1.
the '97 album is kinda different from the other albums, it's heavier and the lyrics are darker, but, the lyrics don't matter much to you, do they? But my faves off of that album are track number 1, number 11 and specially number 13.
I should have known you wouldn't like track 8, it's probably their worst song of all. Which one did you like the most, though? Let me guess, hmm... Track 2?
great, man! Thanks. Don't forget to let me know what you think
Raimundos - 1994
Lavô tá Novo - 1995
Lapadas do povo - 1997
Só no fovéris - 1999
Éramos 4 - 2001 (Ramones covers and some other songs)
Kavookavala - 2002
.Qq cOisAh (Ponto Qualquer Coisa) - 2005
There you go!
I don't think you'd like the first one from '94 much, it's very different from what you're used to and they mix some brazilian styles, it's my favorite album, but i'm not sure if you'd like it.
you should download "Lavô Tá Novo" (1995), and if you like it, then download the other ones. but if you don't like it, you should listen to "Lapadas do Povo" (1997), it's kinda different from the other ones, but in a good way, it's heavier.
Do you want me to find the links for you?
I watched almost the entire performance, I started watching during We're All To Blame. But apparently they played King of Contradiction, my favorite song off of the UC album, and I missed that one
I think they opened up with that one and then played We're All To Blame, but, dang. I need to see Sum 41 live some day, they rock!
Tomorrow I'm seeing my favorite brazilian band, Raimundos, you should look 'em up even though you won't be able to understand the lyrics, they have a song that people claim is very similar to Pretty Fly (but it was released in 1994), it's called "Puteiro em Joăo Pessoa".
Oh, yeah. That guy was involved with Lollapalooza, too, right?
But apparently he was involved with the last few Woodstock editions in the USA.
Anyway, that sucks, man. But why don't you start a new one and put up only live material? Like the Bad Religion and AFI performances last Sunday, that would be very sweet.
I'm not sure, but I don't think so. It's the same organization from the last editions of woodstock in the usa, with that jane's addiction dude.
Yes, I did. It was freakin' awesome.
Do you have a youtube account? It would be awesome if you could upload the performances of AFI and Bad Religion there.
<- Meet my son, Simba.
I'm never here anymore
