Haha, silly llamas. That wasn't a scientific statement.
Why is that silly? It is a verbal formula. Linguists will argue that the full word for Titin doesn't count because it's not in the dictionary, it's technical, and is not an actual word. The longest unchallenged, non-coined word is antidisestablishmentarianism. Everything longer is either coined, technical, and/or not in the dictionary, and therefore not actually a word. :)
It's still crazy long, though, and I can't believe anyone takes the time to listen to the whole thing. Three hours for one protein... now that's silly ;)
