Yes, apparently so...
System of a Down have been writing some new music.
That's what I thought. It looks like Summer Nationals was meant to be a one-off tour. I could be wrong though, you never know.
It is indeed. Thom Wilson did an excellent job producing some awesome records, including Smash of course.
I just found out that Thom Wilson (the guy who produced The Offspring's first three albums and "Baghdad") has died.
Halestorm beat The Offspring. WTF?!
The Offspring better not do that shit.
I would replace One Direction with Zebrahead, since Zebrahead are/were on Columbia.
Blur will release The Magic Whip, their first album in 12 years, on April 27th.
They also just released a new song on YouTube, it's called...
Voted for The Offspring.
Also in April, Good Riddance will release their new album Peace in Our Time.
Millencolin are releasing a new album on April 28th called True Brew. They just released a video for "Sense & Sensibility".
I agree. The Offspring, Rancid and Social Distortion touring together would be badass.
The new Offspring album may not be released this year, but I just saw this on Absolutepunk.net:
"Just a quick reminder about voting in our reader poll for your most anticipated album of the year....
Yeah, it is weird. "Cool to Be You", the last Descendents album, wasn't even released on Epitaph, it was released on Fat Wreck.
I was kinda thinking the same thing. For a while, Epitaph.com has listed The Offspring as one of their "current artists" for some reason.
When asked on Twitter today when a new album is expected to be released, Dexter replied, "We can't wait to get another album out as soon as we have enough songs." I guess we can't expect a new album...
I would love to see that happen again. I doubt Bad Religion will be part of it since they'll be on tour soon and begin work on a new album sometime.
Noodles just confirmed that "Coming for You" will appear on the new album.
That's cool, man.
Happy birthday, Noodles! Hope you are doing well and I look forward to seeing you on the next Offspring show here in Southern Calfironia.
Local H (who are well known for their hit "Bound for the Floor") are releasing a new album in April called "Hey, Killer".
