    The three of them use D'Addario strings.

    There is no biography book I believe. There is a CD.

    The answer is: They tossed out guitar picks to the crowd, with Offspring-ish artwork on it (2 questions, remember?)

    Strings play a part in getting the same sound, but most of the sound comes from the guitar they're played on and the amp they're played through.
