As you already said, there are no evil or good people in this world. There are just people that haven't been taught the right values or that have grown up with problems and never learned to deal right with them. Also, I think that it has not much to do with intelligence. There are a lot of stupid people who are evil cause they aren't good enough to win with rules, but there are also highly intelligent people-evil geniouses(right spelling?) in this world. I think that most of the "evil" people always think that they're right and are not aware of being "evil". And there are many of these people. So in a certain sense, there are surely more "evil" people in this world I'd guess.
