Been working on this since May. Started at school. Then when the school year ended, I had no paint. Recently found out my mom had a huge stockpile of the type of paint I need. When, it's done, I'll take another picture, but here's how it stands.

It's all free handed. Gibson Explorer if you don't know the name.

Drawing I made of John Frusciante, my favorite guitarist. Crappy quality, eventually I'll scan it and repost.

    What an old thread.

Messing around and did these just yesterday:

I think all my other real drawings are around here somewhere, so I won't put them in this thread too.

One of my favourite paintings. Took a lot of patience for the stripes (I'm not very patient).

And did this a few weeks ago on the wall of the stableyard I keep my pony at. The proportions are kind of off, but it was my first time painting something on such a big scale.

Yet another horse, also one of my favourites. There's a few mistakes but meh

I'm digging the zebras and I definitely get where you are coming from on the patience thing. I've done a few really tedious things that I just don't have the patience for.

I've only done one painting, I'm not to great at it. I'd like to practice more, but the only paints I ever had were at school and I'm not sure I want to spend a bunch of money just to practice painting.

I used to hate painting and just stook with sketching, but then I bought some acrylic paints (not expensive ones) and started getting into it. The paints we used at school were shite so turned me off for ages.

We had some good stuff in high school, everything about grade school art was horrible.

I just picked up a small thing of water colors, I think I'll practice with them for a while and then get some real paints.
