    Good news for Maiden fans:

Iron Maiden announced on their website today they're coming back with a new album, it's called The Final Frontier and it's coming out this summer. Toughts?

Final Frontier... does that mean it's their final album? I'm very interested in seeing what the guys make this time; ever since Bruce came back they've made good albums, but a Matter of Life and Death just missed that little bit extra which makes an album a masterpiece.

Is a little bit long doesn't it??? And I hope they got that sound from dance of death, and a little bit of a matter of life... I mean, I like the Maiden-kinda- keyboard

This is the only reason I can think of. Man it must suck to be a fjeldabe.

Me? My answer is the virgin mary, preferably pre-birth although that would ruin the mythos.

Highly doubt it. I never heard them say this would be their final album.

There was talk of they're previous album being their final album, and Steve Harris said he always wanted to do the amount of albums AMOLAD took them to, and he wasn't sure what to do next.

Obviously they decided to continue, but with that bit of info about the album numbers, and then this being Final Frontier...food for thought.

As I've grown up some. back in the day. I even use myself as an example. reflected on things that happened in the past. I have a better understanding of things now. At least I can admit it now. I have somehow caused this situation by mentioning how I used to act on here. how I've changed. I'm a relatively normal poster now
