From what I see online 'All or Nothing' was / is a highly praised album (as is 'Full Circle') but since it isn't 'his' album and these are not 'his' lyrics (and probably not 'his' style) he ain't gonna do it. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't he say something like
a) he didn't listen to the whole album and
b) it's - more or less - back to core Pennywise songs
Another reason might be his vocal range too - as has already been mentioned
All in all kind of understandable I guess not to perform songs of 'All or Nothing' (but still it sucks)

Pennywise : All Or Nothing
When Pennywise parted ways with original frontman Jim Lindberg many people thought that should have been the end of the road for Pennywise. That assumption could not have been more wrong. “All Or Nothing” is the best album of the bands career. There we said it and that’s that. The energy, vigour and drive that Pennywise showed on “All Or Nothing” was astounding and every track on the album was strong. The vocal delivery from Zoli was 100% on point and Fletcher and crew ripped through some of the most aggressive tracks the band has ever written. The album was incredible.
