I tried at least 10! It doesn't say anything, it just doesn't load the player with the proxy.. I'll keep trying.

It is a bit simpler just to search for some free proxies to use, and then modify the settings in your web browser. It does not require you to install any (non-free) software.

Ok, that's the way I found first than others and works perfectly. It was a fast installaion btw.

I'm already listening, Gustavo. There is a program called Hotspot Shield. It simulates an IP as if you're on north america and you can listen the radio online without problems.
