    A band with Tom de Longe can't be good live, seriously, it can't.

    I was under the impression that people already appreciated Greg K.

    I need to make a gif of Greg K doing his funky bass dance.
    Your back's to the wall, that's protocol;
    It's sequestering your spirit, misleading us all.

    Aww, why did this thread die? Greg K is very awesome. He's so badass, I made a twitter page dedicated to his badassery: https://twitter.com/WhyGregKsBadass

    I brought the sign that's in my sig to the concert in Philly, Noodles pointed me out by name, and when I showed it to Greg and waved to him, he actually smiled and waved back. It was a really amazing experience to actually be acknowledged by a man famous for not looking at the crowd during shows. He was even cool with Noodles giving me his cup at the end of the show.
    I've seen him talk in half a dozen videos, and you can tell he's a smart guy that just doesn't open his mouth all the time.
    All these comments about his bass dance make me laugh. I just call it "the Greg K."
    Also, Noodles said something that made Greg laugh during the Philly concert, and when I saw it I hastily snapped a photo of it. I captured gold on camera!

    I said, "Hi, Greg. I'm the creepy girl." He chuckled, then wanted a handshake and I gave it. I wanted a hug and he gave it. One of his sons was there, too. Cute. Then Pete got him to autograph my sign for me because I was too polite to ask myself since he was on his way to eat. Pete also took this of photo of him holding it. - 8/2/2014.

    Greg K seems a bit shy/timid. Why is that though? I find him to be cool and interesting yet fasinatingly intriguing.

    Judging from the photos of him on-stage and the ones of him with the band members off-stage, I think maybe he just isn't very comfortable in large crowds. Call me crazy, but he looked kind of nervous at Woodstock and he rarely looks at the crowd at shows. But there are many photos of him smiling and laughing with the guys in the band.
    Also, he always leaves immediately after Self Esteem (or whatever song is last in Japan.) At the Philly show, he started backing up to leave before he even played the last note, haha.

    I may be duplicating some info I already said in this post.
    I'm not sure if you could call it meeting them, but they noticed me at the concert I went to. When they were playing on stage, Dexter looked over at me a few times, so did Noodles, and Todd did once, too. I was so embarrassed that the very first time I opened the sign, it ripped right in half because it got wet from the rain, and Dexter was looking right at me when it happened. When Noodles saw me, he recognized me because I kept telling them I was working on the Greg K sign in my sig via twitter. I was in the front row, and he walked over to me on the stage and pointed at Greg K and shouted to me, "He's right there! He's right there!" I shouted back with a huge smile, "I know!" I thought that was very sweet of him.
    And in between songs, Noodles thanked everyone for coming out in the thunderstorm to see them, and pointed me out by name because of the sign I made and mentioned how much I like Greg K. I was so shocked! I looked over at Greg and showed him the sign and waved to him and he smiled at me and waved back. I was like, no way, that never happens! Greg never smiles at people from the stage! Also, I was super-excited when Noodles gave me Greg K's cup at the end of Self Esteem. I actually thought it was Noodles' until he told me on twitter that it was Greg's and that Greg was cool with it! I'm not sure if Greg ever gives his cups away.
    If you go to 4:14 in this video, you can see Noodles going to get Greg's cup and he makes sure I get it, and I scream, "THANK YOU!" like a hyperactive moron at 4:26. Also, my screaming "WOOOOOO!" can be heard, rofl. So, I guess you can say I met them, haha.

    I like to use the word adorable. It takes a special person to be both adorable AND badass.

    Greg looks really creepy on that photo. I guess that's why he doesn't smile very often.
