If they're that newfangled SSRI or MAOI bullshit, go ahead. It won't do anything fun, but it won't do you any harm either. If they're the type of old-school turn-you-into-a-drooling-zombie antipsychotic tranquilisers they use to euthenise horses with, then they're absolutely good to mix with alcohol, and you should do so as often and as immediately as possible.
