In song, movie, book, etc. titles, certain words are not capitalized unless they begin the phrase. Words such as the, with, is, and in are not capitalized. However, what about as, this, that, are, and it? Is there maybe a list somewhere of words that are not capitalized? Or is there maybe a rule I should follow? Like, maybe this, is, and that should be capitalized because they're referring to a noun?
Is this maybe a rule in which it's kind of up to my discretion and consistency is what matters the most?
