Thread: Paint it Black cover

    Default Paint it Black cover

Yesterday me and a couple buddies got together and threw together a ska cover of the Rolling Stones' "Paint it Black." We recorded the whole thing in the singer/guitarist's living room, and I'd say it didn't turn out half bad for just an afternoon's worth of work learning, rehearsing, and recording the whole thing! Tell me what you think!

You've done more in one afternoon than I will with my whole life. Kudos to you. Kudos.

Needless to say, well, possibly needless to say, which then isn't really needless at all now that I think about it...uh, what I'm trying to say is I'm quite a fan of the original and this is the kind of cover I can really enjoy. It still sounds great while taking an entirely new approach.
