I was never a Korn fan, but I think its a good idea.

The band touring with any big 90s band would be huge, provided that the other band would not headline. A good example would be Goldfinger, who attract sell-out crowds even today.

I don't know about your corner of the globe, but by me 90s shows are all the rage. As the 80s babies who grew up on 90s music, turn into 30somethings with disposable income, they flock to nostalgic shows.

I'd go, but I'd hate the Korn audience and Korn themselves.

I don't hate Korn, but Korn fans would annoy me. I used to be a big fan of Korn in High School, so I wouldn't mind seeing them in concert to hear some "Freak on a Leash", but the Offspring fan base and the Korn fan base are very different type of people. It could work, but I doubt it.

Me too. They should do a tour with at least three bands, similar to Everclear's Summerland Tour (last year Everclear, Lit, Sugar Ray and Gin Blossoms were on the bill, while this year's lineup included Everclear, Live, Filter and Sponge). For The Offspring's tour, I'd say they should include Goldfinger, Reel Big Fish and either Rancid or Pennywise.
The founder of The Offspring Wikia, and looking for someone to help out, find out why at this thread.

or like the 311 unity tour that would be pretty cool but then they would need to tour every year

Well, yeah, at woodstock (which is already a mishmash of different artist already) when both bands were at the peak of their popularity. Now, I don't think it would work.
