You are correct, best stuff ever...especially when frozen. I generally freeze all my chocolate.

Freezing chocolate sounds shitty unless it's Reese's Cups or something.

Anyway, I personally find dark chocolate to be enjoyable in a weird kind of way. But it's sort of bitter. I don't know why it's popular, expect that I've seen a lot about it being healthy recently.

Dark Chocolate is the superior version: if i have a bite of the dark stuff, i've have trouble finding taste in Milk kind.

White is nice on occasion, but if you eat too much it starts to taste funny.

Probably because a lot of people like bitter things. Why is coffee so popular? Lots of people drink it without sugar, myself included.

With the exception of cake, I usually stay away from sweets. I make up for it by liking a lot of greasy junk food, however.
