DAMN. That's unbelievable! I wonder why they didn't release it after their rise to fame; they even released their early practice footage from the 80s on the Complete Music Video Collection.

If anyone might have it, I think garagefan8 of YouTube might, as his show, Rockstock, featured The Offspring a few times. He also says he has a few more videos of them from the 80s. Unfortunately, he never uploaded them, and doesn't respond to anything on The Offspring anymore. I wonder what gives.

While rocking out to some bootlegs, I found the one D0NT was referring to:
    http://grooveshark.com/#!/album/1991...Street/9041796
Dexter talks about it at the 2:40 mark on "Beheaded." We now know it was recorded at 924 Gilman in 1991. While I don't know what podcast Dexter talks about it in, I believe that live footage was only part of it, and the rest was private footage of the band.

Dexer is also put off by Flipside magazine's reviews throughout the show, especially Devon Morf's "Lala cutesy" review (listen to his rant at the beginning of the set). They rip him to shreds.

Yeah, it could just be that it wasn't finished; maybe the transition to Epitaph shelved that idea.

Also, the tape is pretty good quality, and actually recorded in stereo (maybe they were planning to do something with these recordings?). Also, the the tape cuts off at the end of "I Got a Right" and goes into some oldie music and then some guy shouting "fuck," which suspiciously sounds like "Session."

EDIT: To be exact the exact date is February 2, 1991

Or June 14, 1991, according to the link below, The Offspring played at least two shows at Gilman that year.
