Basically, Orgy tried to get fans to donate money to fund their new album and only garnered a small fraction of their stated goal.

Honestly, if every Orgy fan gave 100 bucks, they still wouldn't make it.

I'm not sure how I feel about asking fans to fund an album in general. It's probably better to just support them by buying existing products.
When they said "sit down", I stood up.

I actually listened to all of Candyass just the other day, and Blue Monday was the only song worth even half a damn on that whole record. And that's not even their own song. They're really not good representatives of industrial metal.

Oh, and does it actually cost $100,000 to make a record? I believe in no way you need a hundred grand to make a good sounding record, especially in today's world.

It's never a good sign when a band's biggest hit is a (sub par) cover.

I actually think their cover is pretty awesome. But it IS still sad that Blue Monday is far and away their highest achievement.

Actually, Stitches is a great song, and was very popular on TRL for quite some time although not much of a radio hit. The album it's on, Candyass, is a decent effort as well. But it wasn't really good enough to inspire almost anyone to follow them beyond that one album.
