The point is that you jumped to a conclusion and declared that a fellow human being who died horribly had it coming and really deserves no sympathy. You even took it further and directly insulted the man. A man who has likely done more to benefit humanity than you ever will. The point is that you jumped gleefully to that conclusion. You wanted to believe it.

The facts, once properly gathered and assessed, may well show that Rodas was entirely to blame for the accident. That was never the point. The point is that even if that is the case Walker still was not the driver. And maybe you're right and Walker was all like "hey let's drive super fast and die". So what? It's unknowable and you choose to assume the worst. That's the point.
I choose not to make horrible judgements about people based on speculation. That's all.
