    Not surprising that I already use the drinking way too much tactic. But I don't think that helps, because then I'm pretty much out of service for the next day!


    I do paint, but I haven't recently, so I guess I should probably do some more of that (seen as I also get paid for doing commissions - double incentive!)


    Once the weather gets better (never) I'll get back into hiking. And maybe in September I will join some cubs in the university.



    Until then, running around naked will have to do.

    I lift weights 3 times a week and then some soccer once a week.

    That does work for me though. Yeah it probably could be horrible advice, I was just saying what seems to help me. It was just a suggestion.

    This is going to sound stupid, but when I'm really stressed out about something and I can't do anything else about it, I change my hair color. Between the temporary self-esteem boost and the "old me" vs "new me" sort of thing, it helps.
