Maybe I should listen to that album before I see them. I might not learn all of the song before the first time I see them, but I should know most of them by the second time.

Some awesome packages here. While I would've loved to see some outtakes see the light of day at least we're getting this awesome package. The art and images included are astounding.

Oh my gosh! Seriously though, I could use a new Smash t-shirt. Hope they will do some Smash shows in Europe.

Also, we've got some special North American tour plans brewing for late Summer, playing with just the right bands to celebrate the occasion!
I thought this was pretty interesting I wonder what bands they will be playing with

This is what I have to say:
Today marks the 20th anniversary of the release of the album that would go on to be the most successful independent record of all time (a record which will never be broken).

Also, much more importantly from a subjective point of view, the on single piece of art that would go on to have the biggest influence on my life (that isn’t likely to change either).

I feel very fortunate to have been so affected and enchanted by it, that it lead to a never ending love affair with an art form and an openness towards a group of artists, whose masterpieces would end up shaping my attitude, my lifestyle, my perspective and outlook on life, and pretty much everything that is me. One of the few positive constants in my life was always being able to dwell into this music for inspiration, for advice and to see that I wasn’t alone in how I lived through the ups the downs and pretty much all of my experiences. I could always draw the energy that I needed from it, and it was always there for me during the toughest time, and through every major challenge that life has thrown towards me - it was there to put me at ease. One thing is for certain: without this record I would’ve become a different person, and not a better one. Here’s my eternal gratitude and utmost sincere show of appreciation for this unique and great record. Thank you for words that still ring true after 20 years.
“Smash is the way you feel all alone
Like an outcast you're out on your own
Smash is the way you deal with your life
Like an outcast you're smashing your strife”
